Terms and Conditions for HERO WITHIN Firearms Training and Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW)**

1. Introduction

a. Welcome to HERO WITHIN INC. Firearms Training and Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW). These terms and conditions govern your participation in our firearms training programs and the application for a CCW permit.

2. Eligibility

a. You must meet all legal and eligibility requirements to participate in our firearms training and obtain a CCW permit.

3. Training Programs

a. All participants are required to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by HERO WITHIN instructors.

b. HERO WITHIN INC. reserves the right to refuse training to any participant for safety reasons.

4. CCW Application

a. HERO WITHIN INC. does not guarantee the approval of your CCW permit. The issuance of a CCW permit is subject to the approval of Arizona Department of Public Safety.

5. Liability and Release

a. HERO WITHIN INC. is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during training programs or CCW application.

b. Participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in training programs.

6. Confidentiality

a. HERO WITHIN INC. will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Code of Conduct

a. Participants must adhere to a strict code of conduct during training, including the responsible and safe use of firearms.

8. Termination

a. HERO WITHIN INC. reserves the right to terminate your participation in training programs or CCW application for violations of these terms or for any other valid reasons.
